What FDA has on record for each medication

Your list stays in this browser. It is held in the page's memory and nowhere else. Nothing is written to your device, nothing is saved to an account, and the list is never sent anywhere as a group. This is information for a conversation, not a reason to change anything. Adverse event reports are voluntary and unverified, so they show what people reported, not what a medicine caused. A common medicine will always collect more reports than a rare one. Never stop or change a medication based on what you read here. Bring it to the prescriber or pharmacist, who can see the whole picture including dose, timing, and everything else your parent takes.
